This is the 3rd time Kim is helping us( purchase and sale of the current house and sale of our first house). Since we met Kim we never thought about hiring  anybody else for our real estate transactions. 

Kim is a very professional and experienced real estate agent. However there are probably many experienced and professional agents in Edmonton. Kim's strong advantages over many other real estate agents are patience and intelligence in figuring out what the clients expectations are. We never felt rushed by her to finish the process of buying or selling the house. That is why she has our full trust. She is very knowledgeable in her field and shares helpful advice in the process of buying or selling a house. She volunteered her own time on many occasions to help us prepare the house for sale. She has a nice personality and it is very easy to deal with her and I should mention that this is not a salesperson's "nice personality" this is her own. This time the market was favorable for selling the house and the time of selling was short however Kim again was a big help to prepare this house for sale either with helpful advice or coming to the house and rearranging furniture and other things so the rooms looked much nicer and more esthetic. The help started not just before the sale but many months before the house was listed.  Kim is also a very good communicator which is extremely important during this highly emotional process. It is really difficult to find anything negative or for improvement when dealing with Kim. In our opinion she is exceptionally good in what she does not only because of her intelligence, knowledge and personality but also because she does much more for the clients  than is expected from a real estate agent. 

This was one very smooth process for us without any obstacle. Thank you!

Kim Stubbs was recommended to us by a friend over two years ago when we were ready to sell our family home of 24 years.   We immediately found her very knowledgeable and very calm in her approach to buying and selling homes.  We listed our older, classic home with her in April, 2019 and were able to sell in days at 99% of list price.  Kim was instrumental in helping us find a newer, smaller home, and all transactions were handled smoothly, and on time.  At that time we also had our first in a series of correspondences with Kim’s assistant, Tara White.  Tara, like Kim, was thorough, congenial, and professional in all her communications with us.

In 2020, when my mother needed to sell her home, I contacted Kim immediately.  She was able to bond with my widowed mother and assure her that all would be well.  She inspired confidence that calmed my mother as she was faced with having to sell her home of 55 years.  The house was listed, and sold in two days at over list price.   My mother was very pleased.

During this time, my wife and I decided that we had downsized a bit too much.  Time to call Kim.  Firstly we had to find a home, which after several viewings, turned out to be a home in our old neighbourhood.  Kim negotiated the purchase to our satisfaction, and then sold our condo to the first people who looked at it,  again at 99% of list price.

I recommended her services to my brother in the sale and purchase of a home, which were successfully completed, and now our daughter and fiancé are looking for a home, and once again Kim is on board.  Our daughter told us after her first showing, “Wow, Kim knows so much!”  We know that she will help our daughter in finding the perfect first house.

We consider Kim a friend.  We trust her and know she has always been looking after our best interests.  Questions were answered promptly and we could always count on her going the extra mile on our behalf.  We have and will continue to recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
